Walk into our office and process the reservation face to face

Payment Methods:

You can make your payment by either

Cash

Only accepted if you visit our office and not by post

Bank

Visit any Barclays branch (details below) after faxing the booking form and receiving a reference from the office.

Cheque

Posting the booking form along with your cheque (payable to Sona Tours Ltd). Cheques acceptable only if paid 14 days prior to departure.

Debit/Credit card book online

Visit www.sonatours.co.uk to book. OR Write your debit or credit card details on the booking form and forward the form to our office address.

For bookings done in GBP (Sterling Pound £)
- All UK & EU cards (personal debit / credit cards / AMEX issued in UK) there will be no surcharges applicable. The maximum transaction permitted is £1500 per booking. There after the balance will be payable by bank transfer / cheque or cash.
- UK Forex / Pre-Paid and UK Corporate / Business cards incur a surcharge of 3% on the total amount.
- International (Non- UK or EU) Credit / Debit cards / AMEX issued outside UK / Forex & Prepaid cards will incur a surcharge of 7% on the total amount.

For bookings done in USD (United States Dollar $)
Please note that there will be no surcharge applicable and no limit
If you chose the wrong mode of card during payment then you will be liable to pay the extra surcharges.

Bank Transfer

a) Email/fax/post completed booking form.
b) Obtain a reference number from our office which you require to process online bank transfer.
c) If booked online then an automated booking reference will be created eg. STL/G/XXXXX
d) Email us a screen shot of the payment confirmation.
Please note that there are no charges when transferring within UK and normally takes 5 working days. If transferring from overseas then, there will be a charge of £25 per transfer which is to be borne by the remitter. Else request for account details for $ or € and the rates at the time of booking.

Confirmation

Once your booking has been processed, you will receive the confirmation, invoice and a visa letter (if requested) by email or post within 1-3 working days.

If booking online, confirmation will be emailed you within 48 hours.

All final balances are to be settled 4 - 13 weeks prior to departure respectively on the holiday type booked. (See Clause 2 in our Terms & Conditions).
