CUSTOMER GUIDANCE :   Before booking ensure you have both dosage of vaccines Before travel make sure you have a negative Lateral Flow test within the last 48 hours. If positive, please get a PCR test done. Ensure you have provided correct contact addresses and mobile numbers; in case this needs to be shared with NHS ‘Track and Trace’. Ensure you have the NHS ‘Track and Trace’ app on your mobile for all people travelling with you. Wear a face mask that covers both your nose and mouth whilst travelling on our coaches. Ensure you carry sufficient face masks/hand sanitizer for the duration of the tour. Temperature checks will be done every morning whilst on tour and also prior to boarding the coach. Any customers temperature reading above 37.8 degrees Celsius, you will not be able to continue with the tour. Should you show any symptoms of COVID or positive test. You will be required to Isolate and make independent travel arrangements. You will not be able to proceed with the tour or travel back with the group. Ensure you have adequate Travel insurance that covers Covid. It is your duty and obligation to inform us on your return from your tour if you test positive within 48 hours. Operating safely on our Coach :   Hand Sanitizer will be available every time you enter and exit the coach. No eating or drinking whilst in the coach. There will be frequent comfort stops. Refrain from sharing food or water with other members of the group. Due to COVID, toilets in the coach will not be available for use, frequent comfort stops will be made. Our coaches undergo an enhanced daily cleaning routine. They are treated with antibacterial fogging machine that will disinfect all surfaces within the vehicle All our coaches are fitted with a high specification air filter system that will remove small particles killing bacteria and viruses.
