Day 02
Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City - Reunification Palace
Welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel for early check in. Free time to relax after your flight. After lunch, set out on a tour of the former capital of French Indochina. Historic landmarks include the Old Saigon post office, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Opera House. Continue your tour by visiting the Reunification Palace which was used as the headquarters of the Saigon Government during the American war in the 60s. After that visit the War Remnants Museum which contains a comprehensive and somewhat distressing array of documents and photos about the long Vietnam-American War. Be aware that your visit to the museum will provoke strong emotions.

Day 03
Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta
Today we depart from Saigon to explore Cai Be in the Mekong Delta. Visit of Cai Be, colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Then, a stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice and pop-corn. The rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals whilst you sit back and relax. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and take in some activities of the local farmers. After lunch, we can walk around and taste some local fruits whilst listening to local traditional music. Later, take a cruise to Vinh Long city then disembark and back to Ho Chi Minh City by land.

Day 04
Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels - Danang – Cham Museum - Hoi An
This morning we will leave the city to visit the amazing tunnel network of Cu Chi. This incredible system, covering almost 250Km in length was shelter to over 16,000 Vietcong guerrillas during the wars. Initially started in 1948 to provide shelter against the French air and ground sweeps, the network went on to serve as communication routes, storage facilities, hospitals and living quarters for Vietnamese fighters throughout the American war. If you are interested (and game) you can even descend into the tunnels to learn more about the harsh conditions faced by Vietcong guerrillas who lived there. Return to the city centre by early afternoon and heading directly to the airport for departure to Danang. Picking up that Danang Airport and visit to the Cham Museum before being transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. (If Cham museum not visited today, than it will be covered on Day 6)

Day 05
Hoi An ancient town
In the morning, have a walking tour in Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes. Set out to explore the quaint cobblestone streets of the town with more than two-century-old Chinese houses. Sites include the Japanese Bridge, the Chinese Temple, and Phung Hung Chinese-style trading house. The rest of day is free at your leisure to further explore the old streets of Hoi An for shopping or just a last visit to take photos and appreciate the beauty of the town. Afternoon at leisure or choose an Optional Golden Bridge Tour in Ba Na Hills: On arrival at the Ba Na mountain foot, travel by cable car up to the Marseille station. On arrival take a short walk to the Golden Bridge – a break point of the trip – to feel like walking on the clouds. Just newly opened to the public in early June 2018 the bridge which was built during the forest stands out in yellow. Noteworthy, this unique architecture with the bridge image supported by grey hands, creates a beautiful scenery surprised. Enjoy the easy breeze and breathtaking view, walk further to a romantic flower garden – Le Jardin D’Amour. The 9 gardens are 9 interesting stories in 9 unique architectural styles. These create a poetic and colourful space, later visit Linh Ung Pagoda to admire its sophisticated architecture together with a 27m high Shakyamuni statue which brings us peaceful feeling as visiting this place. Finally, take the cable car downhill and then transfer to Hoi An.

Day 06
Hoi An - Marble Mountain - Hue Cycle Tour
Leave Hoi An to visit the Marble mountain. Later drive for Hue via the scenic Hai Van Pass with a stop to view the spectacular panorama of the central coastline. Arrive in Hue and head to the Imperial Citadel and the tomb of Tu Duc, the longest-reigning Nguyen Dynasty emperor. Take a Cycle tour to see some of the other sites of Hue. Take a cruise up the placid Perfume River to visit the Tomb of Nguyen Dynasty Emperor Minh Mang and the traditional Thien Mu Pagoda on the banks of the river. Then enjoy the local life by visiting Dong Ba market.

Day 07
Hue - Hanoi - City Tour
After breakfast transfer directly to the airport for departure to Hanoi. On arrival have a half day tour of Vietnam’s capital city, we visit Vietnam’s first university, the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature. Afternoon, visit the Ethnology Museum(closed on Monday) where you can discover the diversity of Vietnam’s many ethnic groups.

Day 08
Hanoi - Halong Bay
In the morning leave Hanoi for Halong Bay, arriving around noon. Board a traditional wooden junk and begin your exploration of magical Halong Bay, one of Southeast Asia’s premier tourist destinations. Overnight on board on a very comfortable and charming junk. Junksin Halong: They are large wooden boats of 25m. All are well-equipped: air-conditioned cabins with two beds, private bathroom and toilet. It is an ideal place to make full use of the bay: observe fishing villages, bathe in the sea, watch the sunset and sunrise or simply indulge yourself.

Day 09
Halong Bay - Hanoi - Water Puppet Show
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the bay at its best. After breakfast, the boat will cruise quietly through the spectacular limestone formations of Halong Bay. Check out the cabin late in the morning after enjoying sumptuous brunch. After the cruise return to Hanoi and transferred to your hotel. In the evening you will enjoy a traditional water puppet show.

Day 10
Hanoi - Siem Reap (Cambodia)
After breakfast, check out of hotel for visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside), the traditional stilt house and the revered One-Pillar Pagoda. Later transfer to Hanoi Airport for your flight to legendary Angkor Land - Siem Reap. Check in at the hotel. The balance of day is free at your leisure. Dinner with Apsara Dance show in the restaurant.

Day 11
Siem Reap - Angkorwat
Spend a full day to discover the mystical Angkor temples. Your day starts with a visit to Angkor Wat, a world heritage site with soaring towers and extraordinary bas reliefs. It is one of the most amazing man-made monuments in the world, erected in the 12th century in honour of Vishnu. Next stop will be the ancient Ta Prohm Monastery where immense branches have taken root in the stones – hence the nickname of the Jungle Temple. You will find some splendid sculptured Devatas and an atmosphere that is unique. Afternoon, visit Angkor Thom (the Great City) beginning by the south gate and the famous Bayon of the 12th and 13th centuries, dedicated to Buddhism and composed of 54 gigantic towers featuring 216 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara. Then, visit the Elephant Terrace, which was used as a giant reviewing stand for public ceremonies and served as a base for the king’s grand audience hall; and the raised Leper King Terrace, built in the 12th century and which features many beautifully sculptured Apsaras.

Day 12
Siem Reap
This morning is devoted to the famous Banteay Srei (Citadel of Women) about 30Km from Siem Reap town, a magnificent jewel of a temple of pink sand stone and very finely sculpted with intricate details. Late afternoon, transfer to the Airport for your flight to Manila. Arrival at Manila International Airport and transfers to your hotel. Depending of your arrival time, rest of the evening free at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Manila.

Day 13
Manila
After breakfast, embark on a full Day City Tour of Manila. Visit Fort Santiago, a citadel built by Spanish Navigator and governor Miguel Lopez de Legazpi in 1593. As you walk inside pass the large garden square Plaza Moriones, within the fort visit the shrine of the famous Filipino war hero Jose Rizal. Overnight at hotel in Manila.

Manila - Makati
Today after breakfast, full day tour of Manila’s commercial Center Makati, where you can explore Manila’s urban landscape and spend time shopping at some of the Manila’s sprawling Shopping Malls. Overnight at hotel in Manila.
